Phi Delta Epsilon Bid Cupcakes!

The new Epsilon class of PhiDE was given cupcakes as a little gift along with their invitations to pledge for Phi Delta Epsilon. Guess who made themmmmm!

Just plain vanilla cupcakes (my special recipe, of course) with purple homemade frosting.

So, this was for my big bro at Pi Alpha Phi's birthday. Since it was summer, I decided to make a beach themed cake.

Cake: Graham cracker & Hershey Chunks

Frosting: Marshmallow flavored

Decor: graham cracker crumbles = sand; blue dyed frosting; chocolate starfishes & trees

made with guinness stout beer.
actually it tasted pretty damn good.

the BATTER was HELLLA bomb! it had a beer taste to it but it was cake batter so it was still sweet... weird combo, but it tasted amazing as plain batter.

Hetty's Birthday Present

So last week was Hetty's birthday. My new housemate for next year, so I decided to go all out and bake her a cake. I know she loves blue and it was supposed to be like a birthday present for her, so I decided to attempt THE GIFTBOX CAKE!

...but then again I have this weird obsession with cupcakes and I also assumed that it'd be easier for people to eat cupcakes, so I made both.
